When your hands are on a laptop when the power supply is plugged into electricity, the electrical current is going from your fingers, up your arms, across your chest, through your breasts, across your stomach and reproductive organs, down your legs to your feet and the whole process keeps on looping until you stop.   This is another type of EMF termed ‘Contact Current’.

In her testimony for five cases of breast cancer within a short period of time in a workplace, Professor Emerita Magda Havas states three of the five women believed that the workplace contributed to their breast cancer. These three women were young, healthy, active with young families and no family history of breast cancer and no lifestyle habits or physiological markers that are associated with breast cancer. These three women worked in front of computers and were exposed to EMF.  Two of the three women who went back to work died of breast cancer, while the one who refused to return was still alive at the time of the testimony. Like foetal tissue, breast tissue is very sensitive to artificial electromagnetic radiation. The younger the person the greater the effect.

Breast Cancer

The EMF breast cancer connection in women has been hotly debated since the first study reporting a connection in the Western world in 1982. The study was initially intended to look at the overall cancer risk in adults, but found accelerated development and growth of breast cancer, particularly among women younger than 55 years.

In 2010, Milham stated that there have been 15 studies linking male breast cancer with EMF exposure and that it is so unusual and so consistent he would consider male breast cancer a sentinel cancer for EMF exposure like mesothelioma is a sentinel for asbestos exposure. A   recently published meta-analysis of 18 studies showed a statistically significant association between EMF exposures and breast cancer among men.

It is easier for the EMF association in women to be masked due to other factors, however for his 2000 childhood leukemia study, Milham discovered by accident some USA statistics that revealed female breast cancer, as far back as 1930, showed an 80 percent correlation with residential electrification.

EMF – electromagnetic fields from everything electrical, electronic and wireless – is ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION (EMR), technically classified as non-ionising radiation. Mammograms, X rays, CT scans, nuclear fall-out are ionising radiation. A 2006 meta-analysis established that EMF enhances the damage of other toxic agents.

Miscarriage

In June 2007 the Power Industry worldwide was advised by its counsel in Washington, US that the California Department of Health Services (CDHS) draft report concludes in part that:

“To one degree or another all three of the DHS scientists are inclined to believe that EMFs can cause some degree of increased risk of childhood leukemia, adult brain cancer, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, and miscarriage.”

Counsel also advised that a global statement that none of the science reviews concludes there is a causal relationship would be legally inadvisable.

Why don’t we know about such important information?

Leukaemia

Dr Michael Court-Brown and epidemiologist Sir Richard Doll reported as early as 1960 that a new leukemia agent was introduced into the UK and USA in the 1920s and 1930s. This parallels the introduction of electricity.

In 2001, Milham, while working with the Washington State Department of Health, completed a study with E M Ossiander on the history of electrification of the UK and USA.

They concluded that the childhood leukemia peak of (cALL) was attributable to residential electrification: 75 percent of all childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 60 percent of all childhood leukemia could be preventable.

Autism

Many are also curious as to why the so-called ’autism boom’ of 1988– 1989 increased rapidly at the same time in different countries, as identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The first commercial mobile phone networks started to spread across the USA in 1984. The switchover from analog (1G) to digital (2G) occurred in the early 1990s.

In the book The Brain that Changes Itself, the author, Norman Doidge MD, discusses the research of Michael Merzenich into brain plasticity. Merzenich has found that many of the symptoms of autism can be explained by the developing brain getting locked into an undifferentiated brain map prematurely.

Dr Robert O Becker cautioned as early as 1990 that the apparent onset of autism as a clinical condition in the early 1940s does coincide with the marked increase in our usage of electromagnetic energy. He believed it was vitally important to determine whether autism is the result of exposure to abnormal EMF, either during the final stages of foetal life or at the early newborn stage.

Robert C Kane PhD who conducted the testing on Motorola mobile phone research stated as far back as 2004:

RF radiation is the only known toxin, exposure to which is wholly correlated with the repeatedly documented increased incidence of autism: now reported by at least some researchers as greater than 1 per 100 newborns.

As far back as 2004, Kane cites 26 studies supporting his contention!!!

The Real EMF Culprit
